Scalloped potatoes.
I sliced two red potatoes & one onion. Layered potato, onion, flour, salt, pepper, cheese. Repeat. Pour 1 cup of scalded milk over the whole thing. Cook for 50 minutes covered at 400. Remove cover, add a bit more cheese & cook 10 minutes longer.
I also cooked salmon with lime, honey and dijon. It didn't make it to the table. Ate it at the counter standing up. That's how good it was.
