this is my new favorite comfort food! try it out.
cook the quinoa. add some milk.. then some cheese. fry separately: onions, celery, broc & cauliflower... sometimes peas. garlic. add the fried stuff to the quinoa.. as well as LOTS of fresh ground pepper & some cayenne. mmm goey goodness.
That sounds delicious! I have done a similar one in a casserole dish in the oven with lentils and brown rice.
