horchata
1 C rice - rinsed
3 C almond milk
2 C water
1 t ground cinnamon
2 t vanilla
1 C almond slivers
Combine all ingredients but almonds and puree in a blender for 3-5 minutes. Add almonds and let sit in the fridge overnight.
