smokey black bean soup

fry an onion
add celery
mushrooms
garlic
red pepper flakes
cumin
smoked paprika
tempeh bacon

Let it fry.

Add a tin of crushed tomatoes
Double the amount of water.
2 diced sweet potatoes
A can of green chiles
a tin or two of black beans
Let it cook for a while.

Add some concentrated veggie broth.

cooked quinoa & cooked lentils.

taste it & make sure it's delicious.

Top it with queso fresco, cilantro & avocando.
